How much does a subscription cost?

Subscription rates are $5.00 for 30 days of access and $19.00 for 1 year of access to the full site. 

Does my subscription to ConsumersDigest.com automatically renew?

Your subscription features the advantages and convenience of automatic term renewal providing uninterrupted access to our Best Buy recommendations, plus other valuable subscriber-only premium content.

How do I cancel my subscription to ConsumersDigest.com?

You can cancel your subscription to ConsumersDigest.com by following these steps:

  • Log in with your Email Address and Password
  • Go to My Account
  • Click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will be discontinued after your current term expires. Then you will no longer be able to access ConsumersDigest.com premium content. You are able to cancel your subscription 48 hours after subscribing, therefore the "Cancel Subscription" link will not appear on your account page until then.

Refunds are applicable to annual subscriptions only and are based on a prorated formula. To see how refund amounts are determined, refer to the Refund Policy section of the User Agreement.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled but don’t qualify for refunds.

Can I buy a subscription to Consumers Digest’s printed magazine?

Not at this time. Printed copies of Consumers Digest magazine are sold at bookstores and on newsstands throughout the US and canada.

Questions regarding My Account

Why am I unable to log in to My Account at ConsumersDigest.com?

The integrity of Consumers Digest Communications extends to our online subscribers through a secure means of registering and logging into the site. ConsumersDigest.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to provide subscribers with additional security when sending confidential data such as Login and Passwords over the Web. Also, it may be due to a credit card discrepancy, such as expiration, closure or replacement. If this was the case you should have been notified at the time of billing that the card was declined. If you didn’t see this message, Click Here to, again, subscribe using your current billing information.

What happens if I forget my Password?

  • For your Password, Click Here. You’ll be asked to enter your Email Address.

Also, when you go to log in, you can click on the link “Forgot Password” and an email will be sent to you with instructions.
