The first Cub Cadet electric-powered zero-turn-radius (ZTR) riding lawnmower will arrive in stores this month.

It’s the first electric ZTR to have steering-wheel control. Cub Cadet says the RZT S Zero will run continuously for 60 minutes when the battery is charged. It can take up to 16 hours for a low battery to charge completely.

The RZT S Zero is available at select stores in the Northwest. Cub Cadet plans to introduce the product in additional regions once it determines demand for the product.

Cub Cadet says the lawnmower will cost $4,499.
