SEC seeks public comment on investor disclosures

Securities and Exchange Commission seeks public comment on financial-literacy and investor-disclosure issues.
SEC is gathering information on these topics as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act.
The Dodd-Frank Act requires SEC to conduct a study and report its findings to Congress by July 21, 2012.
Comments that are labeled with the reference “File Number 4-645” can be mailed to: Elizabeth M. Murphy, Secretary, Securities and Exchange Commission, 100 F St. NE, Washington, D.C. 20549-1090. Comments can be sent by email to rule-comments@sec.gov and should include “File Number 4-645” in the email’s subject line. Comments must be received by March 18, 2012.
