ADS recalls swing due to fall hazard

Sept. 28, 2012—ADS recalled the Cyclone swingset, because the plastic seat can break during normal use, which poses a fall hazard to consumers.

The recalled product is 12 inches in diameter and has a cone-shape plastic piece in the middle of the seat to hold the swing’s rope.

The recalled product was sold online at swingsetmall.com and playsetparts.com from May 2012 through June 2012. ADS received two reports of the swing breaking. No injuries were reported. Consumers should stop using the recalled swings and contact the company to receive a full refund or a replacement swing.
