Babylicious
Aug. 17, 2012—Babylicious Products recalled its Crib Fringe because it poses a strangulation hazard to children.
The Crib Fringe is a narrow fabric strip that connects individual fabric triangles. It’s designed to be attached to the side rail of a crib or along window valences or curtain rods. The product was sold as a pair and in a variety of colors and patterns. The fabric strip presents a strangulation hazard.
Consumers should remove the recalled product from cribs, window valences or curtain rods immediately and contact Babylicious to receive a refund of $12 for each recalled fringe that’s returned. The product was sold online and at specialty retailers of children’s products from January 2006 through May 2012 for about $24. No incidents or injuries were reported.
Customers should contact Babylicious at 855/684-8399. Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. PT or go to babylicious.ca/recall/.
