BI-LO recalls trail mix due to unlisted soy
Aug. 20, 2012—BI-LO recalled Southern Home Cranberry Nut Antioxidant Blend trail mix, because it might contain soy ingredients that aren’t listed on the ingredient label. Consumers who are allergic to soy might have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The recalled product was packaged in a 16-ounce bag that has UPC 0788003039 and a “best by” date of March 13, 2013.
The recalled trail mix was sold at BI-LO stores in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. No illnesses were reported. Consumers should discard the recalled product and present proof of purchase through a receipt or the product packaging label to receive a refund from their local BI-LO store.
