CrossRoads recalls Hampton travel trailers because gas might leak

Aug. 1, 2012—CrossRoads RV recalled 2010–2011 Hampton travel trailers that were manufactured from June 11, 2009, through Nov. 10, 2010, and are equipped with Atwood Mobile Products furnaces. The furnaces were produced with a defective gas control valve that can get stuck in the open position. If the gas valve sticks in the open position, gas could leak out and increase the risk of a fire.

Crossroads will notify owners, and dealers will repair the furnaces free.
