Eco Health recalls dietary supplement due to salmonella risk

Sept. 7, 2012—Eco Health recalled florAlign prebiotic formula powder, because the product might be contaminated with salmonella.

This recall involves berry-flavored florAlign prebiotic powder in 90-, 180- and 270-gram sizes. The affected UPCs are FA0290GM, FA02180GM and FA02180GM.

The recalled product was distributed nationwide via direct delivery, the Internet and mail order. No illnesses were reported. Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
