Incorrect tire label in certain 2017 Hummingbird travel trailers

Email to a Friend

July 14, 2017—Jayco recalled 2017 Hummingbird travel trailers, models H13C0567-0603, 0608-0636, 0638-0662 and H13E0052-0110.

The affected travel trailers have labels that incorrectly list the trailer as having 14-inch load-range D tires that must be inflated to 65 pounds per square inch (psi), when the trailer actually has 14-inch load-range C tires that must be inflated to 50 psi. As a result, an operator might overinflate the tires, which might lead to tire failure and increases the risk of a crash.

Jayco will notify owners and provide corrected labels for free. The recall began July 13, 2017.
